I have been interested in photography all my life and remember quite well developing my first black and white films myself... My favorite subjects are...
@stefs@delboy207@helenhall@rontu This is a spider's web (Linyphia triangularis) taken in backlight. These spiders have a horizontal sheet-web with "barrage lines" above the web. It is these barrage lines that create the effect I have received. These types of arrows come out best when the sun is already low over the horizon. Once you find the illuminated spider's web, position yourself so that the sun is behind the spider's web, but not in the frame, and look for the refractions created by the spider's threads. It is also a good idea to reduce the exposure (-eV). Have fun!
