Cape Cod Lighthouse by helenhall

Cape Cod Lighthouse

Day three of our Cape Cod tour involved many lighthouses. We toured the full extent of the Cape from Barnstable to Chatham and ending up in Province town for dinner. Apart from the many light houses, the main feature of the day was father-in-law breaking the plate of his false teeth. He had to endure the rest of the holiday with no front teeth. This is going to be an extra challenge for me putting together an album of photo memories for him, as I don't want to be reminding him of the stress that it caused!

I wish I could remember which light house this is. Possibly Nauset Lighthouse.

Cape Cod is Wonderful!!!

Love the angle. You seem to have had more than one or two trials and tribulations to deal with during your visit.

I stayed in Chatham a few years ago - such a quaint and pretty place, full of charm and loveliness. Nice pov here.

Your pov really emphasises the height and it is nicely balanced by the old fashioned window. Like it a lot!

@gardenfolk Yes. We were most fortunate to have good weather, and be outside of the holiday season.
