Increased usage and the end of a fixed deal contract has caused the monthly payment to double, and then double again.
It is hard for a tired and muddled head to make the necessary calculations to ensure that there is no fault in the billing. The figures just don't seem to compute.

I, too, am familiar with confusing bills and pages of calculations. Black and white adds to the emotion captured, and the lighting is superb. As others have said...strong, powerful image.
The hands and hand-written....great story telling. beautiful lighting from the left side onto the hand and the front for illuminating the papers. The lighting make the hands look so sculptured.
