Only a few days after we get home from holiday Ed has to take an AS history exam. Being a mean old Mum, I made him bring his books with along and spend some (i.e. not much!) time revising. Will joined in and had great fun testing Ed's knowledge of early 20th century Russian history from his text book. I'm not sure how much Ed remembered of these sessions but it kept us all entertained when the wind dropped. Will's idiosyncratic pronunciation of Russian names and his ability to select the most irrelevant random questions certainly added a new dimension to history revision!
Hope the test went well! And you sound just like me...they had exams after Christmas break and I would make them bring along their school books if we went away over break.
