I spent the day in town, cafe-hopping for a change of scene from my desk. But my camera battery was out of charge, so this photo is from yesterday. Cambridge is choc-ful of tourists and language students at the moment, all enjoying the sunshine and making the most of the beautiful city - it's great fun (as long as you are not in too much of a hurry to get from A to B). A group of teenage girls were entertaining themselves by taking photos of each other peeping out from this row of four red phone boxes. They were having such a laugh, that other people stopped to take photos of them too. I like the guy walking past doing a double take with his sunglasses - I wonder if he's thinking of asking the girl in the stripy top for her phone number!
This is hilarious - I nearly posted a similar pic from yesterday (having rejected the bike on focus issues!) but this is miles better because the girls are inside the boxes!! They all seem to be stunning - no wonder he's adjusting his glasses!! I was wondering about the Green Dragon/Bait's Bite/Plough (for coffee?!) circuit on Friday? Assuming I can get Monty to get a bit more of a trot on.
Oh I'll bet those photos are really going to be good!
*note: Don't you hate it when your camera battery loses it's charge, and you don't have a replacement handy?!
