Skittish Squirrel

Unlike the squirrels I have seen in photos from the UK, ours are a little bit more skittish and harder to photograph since they try to hide. This was taken in my backyard.

The squirrels around my house are definitely skittish. I took a picture of one today but he was gone as soon as the camera snapped. This is a good picture considering he doesn't want his picture taken.

@bilky @vernabeth thank you both. I know how you feel Beth, it took several minutes to get the focus on him as he was moving from branch to branch.

@semrants I saw three of them out front this morning playing tag. They don't stand still or in the same area long enough to photograph.
