Yesterday, I made a picture of the Blue Ridge Mountains more blue, so today, I posted this one SOOC to show how the sunlight made the mountains appear blueish, even in the height of fall color.
@francoise Thanks. If I had been up higher and not down in the valley, there would have been more. But, I was driving, so I had to take my pictures when we stopped for lunch. @digitalrn It's an amazing view from up there. I guess we will be seeing this often, as it's on our route to my in-laws'.
@pdulis@pittcj17@debihas27@sangwann Thanks! @olivetreeann It's kind of weird that they have a blue tint, even with all the fall color! LOL! @anazad511 It is now between us and my in-laws' house, so we'll be passing through occasionally. @taffy We passed under a small bridge that was part of the Appalachian Trail. My husband has always wanted to do that. Maybe next summer, he and the boys can do some of it.
