Last night's full moon is so bright, I had a terrible time getting a good picture of it. Normally, a shutter speed of 1/200 is a good place to start. Tonight, I had to go all the way up to 1/2500 to get a good picture. Wow, that moon is bright! This shot is SOOC. Also works for the F-Word challenge.
@anazad511 Thanks so much for the FAV! It's easy to capture if you can control your shutter speed. My camera is a point and shoot, but It has a shutter speed setting. This moon took a very high shutter speed to get a good shot of it since it was so bright. Often 1/200 is a good place to start.
@danette I take a lot of moon pictures. I've never had to go that high before. @lesip@taffy@swilde Thanks! @froggie0628 Too bad you missed it. Hopefully you'll be able to see it tomorrow night. @joemuli Oh, good catch. I can't believe I didn't think of that! LOL!
@olivetreeann Yes, I probably took 10 shots or so to get the right shutter speed.
@lesip @taffy @swilde Thanks!
