Old courthouse in Pittsboro, NC. Finally saw the museum open. This building was 4th or 5th courthouse. Apparently, the builders of those previous building did a bad job and they only lasted a few years. This one burned in 2010, but the original outside survived. Some of the inside survived, but a storm the night after the fire knocked the cupola down inside the building destroying the rest of the inside. Thankfully, they didn't lose any historical data, as all the records had already been transferred over to the new courthouse across the street.
