We spent the weekend in TN for my niece's wedding. The weather was perfect. She got married outside at The Barn at Boone Falls in Johnson City, TN. So, from top left, my niece and her husband, my nephew and his girlfriend, me and my sister, (center) the parents dancing with the bride and groom in the background, and on bottom (my favorite picture), the bride and groom leaving the reception and the cupcake station.
It's been a busy weekend for you! What a happy occasion! You took some great pictures. We are get pushed partners this week. I have a challenge for you, but I'll give you an alternate challenge as well, in case things are still busy and crazy for you.
Option 1: make a picture your 10-year-old self would have taken. I'm not asking you to abandon all the technical skill you've gained, but what subject would you have chosen? How might you have set it up or gone about finding it? Try to apply the innocence or naivete of that time.
Option 2: Choose one picture you took this weekend and go a little crazy with outside-the-box processing. The kind of creativity you'd apply to the WWYD challenge.
And of course there is always Option 3: Go out on your back porch or patio or wherever you can relax for a few minutes. Put your feet up and take a picture from that vantage point. Consider your mission accomplished. :-)
