We're staying at the Air Force lodging "hotel" at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL. This pier is by our hotel. It looks across one of the medium sized bays in Tampa toward downtown. I didn't know Tampa had more than one bay, burns out it has like 5 or 6 bays.
