Portrait of a rude man! by homeschoolmom

Portrait of a rude man!

My Get Pushed challenge for this week was a cup full of bokeh or a high key portrait. I know this isn't your typical portrait, as they are usually of a face not a back, but I thought it appropriate for this man's behavior. As this was a small field, fans for both teams were together in one small area behind the visiting team. But, he kept walking out right along side the field and standing there, usually blocking our view. Very rude.
@summerfield Here's another high-key portrait, although an unconventional portrait! It's just not nice to get between a mama with a camera and her baby on the football field! LOL!

Oh, I know the type.

@joansmor And he knew we were back there. There was another guy who did the same thing for a while. I hope next week's game is at a nicer field. I think they didn't play on the high school field because of the rain we got last night.

Oh, I had this happen to me a couple of years ago and wanted to slap the person. We attended a pet festival in a local park and took the grandkids, who we hadn't seen in a couple of years. The youngest, shyly approached a person in a dog suit and asked for a hug. I had a perfect shot lined up when a strange woman with a camera phone stepped right in front of me and blocked my shot. The moment was gone, and the shyness returned. Why do people do that? She got a photo of a child she didn't know and I got a shot of her back.

Rude indeed... But well captured!

@swilde @justaspark Sadly, most of my pictures of the game include some body part from this man or the other man, both fans from the other team. I have tons of pictures of this man's backside, which I was sorely tempted to walk up and kick! LOL!
@timandelke See, I would have just shoved her out of the way in that instance. I have yelled "move" at more than one person walked into a once-in-a-lifetime shot like that. People are just oblivious at times. In this case, I think it was on purpose.

@homeschoolmom I was tempted to shove her out of the way afterward. She stepped in front of me as my finger was pressing the shutter - no time to adjust. Hubby, who is a better, kinder person than I am told me to just let it go. Sheesh!

Well I'm sure if the spectators would have fussed a bit he may have gotten the message. Some just are unable to think beyond their nose

@timandelke Your husband is too nice! LOL! I'm ruthless when it comes to getting the right shot!
@digitalrn Some did, but he didn't care. I think he was trying to keep the away team's fans from seeing the game. Their fans set up behind our bench and spent the whole game yelling and making noise with a cowbell. A few were even cursing and saying bad things about our players. My husband was very angry when he came home.
