Not sure if this is some kind of bee or fly, but it appears to have a stinger. It was close to 2 inches long. II was looking at paint samples at Lowes (I think she'll pick 'tint of honey'), trying to find a match for the paint upstairs, when I noticed something on a paint chip. Yikes. Glad I was looking for tan and not yellow.
