The full moon is actually tomorrow, but this moon looks pretty full to me. Technically the full moon and eclipse will happen at about 1:45 p.m., about 15 hours from when this picture was taken. I'm not sure I'll be able to see the Strawberry Moon and eclipse in the middle of the afternoon, nor do I want to go stand outside during the hottest part of the day to watch it.
Such a great photo of the moon Lisa! The Penumbral Eclipse begins at 3.45am on Saturday the 6th of June here in Tasmania and continues until 7.04am. I am hoping to get up for it :) Let's see what happens!
