Valentines Day dinner

Still sick, but I made my hubby and boys a steak dinner. When I cut the fat off the steak, it rather looked like a heart, so I had to take a picture of it SC for Flash of Red.

LOL this is very clever! I didn't realize it was steak at first.

@olivetreeann It's actually a very nice roast, that I ended up cutting straight down the middle and then each piece into two because it was about 2 inches thick.
