Filtered Light

My Get Pushed challenge this week was to take a photo of interesting lighting, possibly filtered and on water. Still working on the water portion, but I loved how the light filtered through this butterfly on the porch.

I've been noticing recently that the wings are very battered on these butterflies. I see that this one has lost part of its tail.
