216 - First day back in York, so I thought a walk on Clifton and Rawcliffe Ings would be interesting, to see the last remnants of the flood waters.
The return was through Rawcliffe Bar country park, where I found this attractively coloured plant. I have to confess that I've no idea what it is, so if anyone has any ideas, I'd be interested to know.
Thank you all for your kind thoughts and comments - I appreciate them all! I do love the colours of autumn, so there may be more soon.
Thank you Janet - I'm presuming it's wild, it was growing beside a path in our local country park.
I think you could well be right! Thank you!
Thank you all - it was the bold colours that caught my eye as I was walking past!
