282 - My journey home to York took place today. A Chiltern Trains service from High Wycombe to London Marylebone, followed by a walk through Regents Park on my way to Kings Cross for an East Coast service to York.
I do like the walk through Regents Park, and take a different route each time to enjoy different elements of it's beauty. I wouldn't have expected to see much in the rose garden at this time of year, but there were a number of roses in bloom. The very heavy frost this morning added another element of interest, with an impressive coating of ice crystals on the roses that were in bloom.
Thank you Malin - I was surprised to see roses in bloom in the frost.

Thank you Kd - it's not very common here either, but the recent sudden sharp drop in temperature caught these unfortunate roses out.
