Having a guest for dinner this evening so decided to finally try a recipe I’ve had for months.
The cherry tomatoes and fresh dill are from our garden and the cucumber from Ron’s sister. We think it’s a keeper and it’s easy too!

It’s cream cheese and ranch dressing mixed together with lots of fresh dill added. The recipe called for the “brick” cc, but I used the whipped cream cheese instead.
