Macro of a White Bread roll I had for lunch. I know…I should have Wholmeal, but you’ve got to treat yourself now and then.

If you had my hubby’s ciabatta, focaccia or bagel you might love whole grain. Your roll has a very nice crumb though, as they say on the Great British Baking show.
