Friday was our wedding anniversary. (Can't believe it's been 16 years already...). My husband has Friday afternoons off and I work as a sub at the Methodist Weekday School, but hadn't been very busy, so when they asked me to sub the Friday afternoon I said yes. When I came home dinner inclusive this dessert was ready!
