Cocos Mango Pie

I have a book with 55 pies/cakes. When I can I try to bake a different one. Have had 21, so still a bit to go...
Most are really delicious!

Ohhhh mango pie. How did this come out? It looks delish!

@ithinkithunk it was good, but my daughter who really loves mango was a bit disappointed as the mango was only on top. The rest was cocos.
