Mexican Mole

On request of my 3 children I made mole today.
When we lived in Mexico someone showed me that by adding blended fried "macho bananas" and chocolate to the ready to serve mix it taste a lot better.
I had to take a photo of the ingredients as there was a lot of yellow!

I'm not sure how many Mexican's there are where you all live, but when you come across one you have to ask (and try) mole!
