We redid the garden in September. A pool and all the plants were removed. Now we have grass, but this rose came up. I love it, but it is not in the right place, so when the flower is done I will try to dig it out and put it in a pot.
No, it is a yellow/pinkish @stephanies. That's why I thought of the title - my 9yr old will be doing a presentation with a Rodeo/Texas theme in a few weeks and she keeps humming "the yellow rose of Texas"
Oh I found it @ingrid01 it's a marching type of song. I like it, it's very rousing and very catchy I have to say. I see it became popular during the US civil war too.
