Strange skies

We had a big storm in the afternoon and then, just before sunset the skies turned a very special color yellow!

Amazing sky colour! but oh dear, did you get a whole lot more rain then?

Yes there was more rain and there is more coming.
Big storms are quite normal for this time of the year, but it seems a bit worse this year. People say it has to do with "el niño".
