On Saturday Norbert (my husband) went with me to the second pedestrian bridge as my driver and bodyguard. On the right of the pictures you can see him :) The lights on the bridge were on already, but the lights in the street not yet.
The mosque behind is the Zawawi mosque, of which I will post a picture tomorrow.

@sangwann It is not really a festival. The 18th of November is the official day. And this year we have the 25th and 26th as official national holidays for it. Decorations where in place around the 1st of November, but I believe the street lights went on on Sunday 15th of November. Some lights will stay until the new year, but most will be gone early December.
Norbert was very patient, but I was patient too when he worked from home the last 8 months... fortunately he is back in the office again ;)
