Al Zulfa Mosque

When Demyan heard how happy I was to have found and crossed of Al Khor Mosque (photo posted yesterday) he offered to go on a little trip with me to find the remaining 2 mosques of that website ( https://theculturetrip.com/middle-east/oman/articles/these-mosques-in-oman-are-an-architectural-wonder/ )

I think Demyan is feeling a little bit guilty - he graduated HS here last year and because many friends returned for the holidays he hardly has been home...

Anyway, this is Al Zulfa Mosque about 30 minutes away from our home. It is famous for its unique geometrical shapes of its building as well as in the designs of its floor. It has over 20 domes which are all colored in green and gold.

Unfortunately it has a gate and many palm trees around it. As a non-Muslim I could not enter and this is the best I could do (still with some points of the gate at the bottom).
