After a little research I learned that this is a "melissodes bimaculatus" or you can just say "two spotted longhorn bee".
It liked the cosmos flower and you can see it here from the side. In my extras album is the same flower and bee, but from the front. I'm not sure which one I like best. Maybe this one.
