It must be that time of year for everyone. I made strawberry rhubarb crumble yesterday. Harry finished it off this evening, since he flies out again tomorrow on more business, and will be stuck with restaurant food again for another 4 days. Yours looks delish!
I love rhubarb, but don't like it cooked. Just raw with a little cup of sugar to dip it in, Yum! We don't get it out here, so hoping to get me some next week.

Just as I imagined, the pie looks beautiful!! Just look at that delicious red color around the edges... makes my mouth crave a bite of strawberry~rhubarb pie!
