the Z parking structure is owned by Dan Gilbert's real estate company Bedrock. They hired all kinds of graffiti, street and mural artists to work on the 10 floor parking structure. This is the top of the structure shooting out into the city of Detroit! Gilbert owns Quicken Loans as well! Way to go...this is a beautiful way to take care of the city!
