Yesterday, my daughter and I went to the Christian Dior exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. It was truly one of the most exciting exhibitions I've seen in a while. I'd go back and see it all again, quite happily. It was beautifully done, and I enjoyed every part of it. This image shows one of British fashion designer John Galliano's creations. He was Head Designer at Dior from 1996 to 2011.
Isn't it fabulous? I came back with almost 200 pictures! Agree with you it's one of the most beautiful exhibition I've seen in a while too. clothes are gorgeous but the scenography is amazing too. I've seen it on the opening night, unfortunatly very crowded.
last exhibit I loved as much was the free Hermes one along the keys.
@parisouailleurs I so agree! I loved everything about it ... and that final room of designs, it took your breath away. I had lots of photos too, and had difficulty picking 'one'! I was so happy that they allowed photography too; they don't always. Big thumbs up from me! I may well go back towards the end of the year.
