Tin Man's Dream Come True by janeandcharlie

Tin Man's Dream Come True

When a man's an empty kettle
He should be on his mettle
And yet I'm torn apart
Just because I'm presumin'
That I could be a human
If I only had a heart

I'd be tender, I'd be gentle
And awful sentimental
Regarding love and art
I'd be friends with the sparrows
And the boy that shoots the arrows
If I only had a heart

Picture me a balcony
Above a voice sings low

(Dorothy)
Wherefore art thou, Romeo?

(Tin Man)
I hear a beat, how sweet!

Just to register emotion, jealousy, devotion
And really feel the part
I could stay young and chipper
And I'd lock it with a zipper...
If I only had a heart

What a unusual picture. Lots of reflections.

Goodness me, is this at a museum? Fascinating with all those repeating mirrors.

Thanks so much for commenting on my photo of the heart and its reflections. This is part of an art experience in Santa Fe, Meow Wolf. I've posted photos of it before, and here is my previous explanation and some of the photos:
Meow Wolf is an art experience in Santa Fe that is unique and exciting for people of all ages. It is located in an old bowling alley purchased by George R. R. Martin, author of “Game of Thrones,” and is a collaborative effort among him and other artists. The premise is a house called the House of Eternal Return whose residents have disappeared, and patrons are invited to seek clues as to what happened. As they do so, they go through portals into other worlds such as a fireplace or a closet. The challenge for photographers is to capture movement in low light without an unintentional blur.
Here are four scenes I’ve previously posted from Meow Wolf: https://365project.org/janeandcharlie/365/2017-08-05 and https://365project.org/janeandcharlie/365/2017-07-22 https://365project.org/janeandcharlie/365/2017-11-13 https://365project.org/janeandcharlie/365/2017-11-14
