Thanks so much for commenting on my photo of our new granddaughter. Legally, the adoption is not complete, but it will be. Our daughter and her family have rescued a sweet girl from want and rejection to one of plenty and nurturing. I also wish to explain my absence recently. We have had another family member enter into a multi-day emergency and hospitalization, and that has been all-consuming.
