the view from my bedroom window this morning. So lovely to wake up at home after a lovely night's sleep. Bed at 8pm, up at 2 to give Sam his meds but straight back to sleep again after - lovely!
Update: Sam was still asleep when I posted this, but has woken up after 13 hours sleep in great humour to find yet more cards and goodies waiting for him. I reckon by the time he goes back to school we are going to have to remove the front wall of the house to get him out, the number of sweets and prawn cocktail flavour crisps he has been given! He even got an e mail from his head teacher telling him not to worry about school work until he is completely better so is chuffed to bits!!! (Our non-English cousins might need to look that one up)
Our sky was like that tonight. I photographed it but a couple of roof tops and a few leafless branches are nothing like your view. Glad to hear how Sam is recovering.
Great news - and there's nothing like a few days in hospital to make you appreciate your own home. I have utmost sympathy for parents of sick children who have to spend months in and out of hospital - I was going mad after a week with mine.
That is a beautiful morning. We've had some lovely sunrises and sunsets this month. I hope Sam is fully recovered now - in time for the school hols, and Christmas of course!
Glad to hear that Sam is doing all right. ;D
