Great shot! We did the haircut thing on Friday (how very organised) but realised today when I saw my son's wet socks that perhaps we should have invested in new shoes! Hope you enjoyed the film!
Fab composition. I'll be interested in what you think about Life of Pi - cant decide whether I'll be bored or not. I've slept through all the best films....
well the evening didn't get off to the best of starts because we got the time of the film wrong and arrived an hour early, so had to go to the pub for a drink to pass the time. Not usually a problem for me but I must admit I had a nagging worry that I would need to go to the loo in the middle of the film. The film was in 3D and for some reason everything was in double, both with and without the specs. Fortunately that got sorted out. I was beginning to think that someone had spiked my drink in the pub.
I have got to say, and I am no film buff - go to the cinema about once a year I would guess, that I absolutely loved it. Visually it was simply beautiful, and I can't put my finger on why, but @tracywilliams pictures came to mind several times while I was watching.
I have read the book, which I loved, and I was worried that the film might try to explain too much, where the book left you to make your own mind up but that was not the case. All in all, fab, and not of hint of droopy eyelids for me so I don't think you would be bored Judith. Didn't need a wee either - result!
Know what you mean about the narcolepsy!! LOL! Think the subtle whirring of the air-conditioning adds to the effect! Adore these lovely furry ears!! Clever composition!
brilliant focus and composition on this one! lol to you bidding on the cinema...I'm normally gone in the opening credits...for some reason the kids the movie the worse it is!
When I read above, that you were afraid you'd fall asleep I knew you were mistaken before I even read the update. Not likely to sleep through that flick.
