Nice crisp frost this morning. I went to Burton Dassett with a particular shot in mind, but the inconsiderate and uncooperative sheep were all facing the wrong way so this isn't it. Maybe next time.......
It was so cold you could hear the sheep crunching the frosty grass when they ate.
Spent the morning recovering from: a) the humiliation of coming joint last in last night's pub quiz; and b) the effects of consuming too much wine.
Just trying to brace myself to do battle with BT about our woefully slow internet speeds. I recently bought a Vodafone Sure Signal because we don't get any mobile phone (or should I say 'Fone') signal in our house because of the thick ironstone walls and the fact that we lie in a valley. When I failed to get it to work I was told that our broadband download speeds (which are less than 2mbps) are not fast enough. A friend who lives down the road told me that he had the same problem and BT replaced some hardware and it got sorted out, but past experiences of dealing with them mean that I have put off addressing the problem for several weeks, until now........... an afternoon of frustration lies ahead I suspect.......
Lovely shot of this sheep. I know the frustration and the problem dealing with BT. We have very slow speeds and cannot get a signal in the house for similar reasons to you - concrete walls! The only place we can get a signal is in the conservatory and then the parrot shouts if we are talking to someone other than him! Good luck. i hope India manage to sort it out - you can't always understand what they say!
BT ....I feel sorry for you!!!! Aren't sheep wonderful & this dear girl is enjoying her breakfast! We always come last in quizzes & it's so mortifying specially on the last occasion when we had t stand up in front of everyone & do Irish Bingo ....i vowed never to go to that particular event again!!!
I'm so glad you admitted getting last - nice to meet someone who is not the best at everything and wants everyone to know! This is a very superior sheep, I think!!
Fabulous light in this and a great shot...bah to rubbish internet...I have a problem with my bt connection at the moment but putting off doing anything about it!
