.... to take something that I could post SOOC......
brightish but overcast today and not much photo-taking time, so this evening I decided that I was going to try to get my picture right in-camera and used the monochrome picture style with increased contrast and sharpness. The results weren't too bad, but I am afraid that I couldn't resist a bit of a mess about in LR4 and picmonkey. It's as if editing is my security blanket.
While I was driving around looking for some interesting silhouettes I saw a hare and a group of about about a dozen roe deer. Might post them in my other album later for diary purposes, but they aren't particularly good.
Just noticed that I need to change the time on my camera for BST
Beautiful photo! I also just never use SOOC, I get just as much (or more) enjoyment out of processing as I do taking the photos. I'd almost feel cheated if I had to miss out on the experimentation!
Great silhouettes. Processing is a good thing. I think it's all about the end result. Your artistic talent comes through with the processing. Just my two cents.
