After I had taken the sunrise shot that is in my 365 album this morning I drove to Burton Dasset Hills to see whether there were any lambs about yet. There wasn't another soul in sight but I was worried that the sheep would all run away as soon as I got out of my car.
I needn't have worried. As soon as they saw me they all walked straight towards me and I was soon surrounded.
I know this is something we've all seen a number of times before in our lives, sheep in full coat, but I still find it such a peculiar sight - with their skinny little mottled legs poking out the bottom. This is such a great shot and the sun's warm light and the shadows just add to it.
I tried to get a similar image yesterday but my dogs were barking so much that they scared to sheep away before I even got out of the car!!! Great image I love it :D xx
