@jlhopgood This one looks a bit like a lunar landing module - it looks quite good to me. The food is only quite shallow in the rim so I don't think that it will be too easy for them to spread it around. It also has a very large 'hat' type thing which goes on top (took it off for this pic) to stop the rain. It is very wide and comes quite low down, so I think that it will work - only worry is will it blow away! Will let you know......
@jantan I think I had one similar and the feed wouldn't drop so I had to shake it several times a day!!! Not what you need! They've got a cheap one from Pets at Home for now :/
Oh No, hopefully this one will be OK - I thought that it would save me time - but if I am trudging outside to shake the damn thing several times a day that certainly wont be the case. My main concern is that we are going to end up with the best fed crows in the UK - they already fly down and nick the eggs if I leave them lying around while I sort out the other animals @jlhopgood
@jantan little sods! (the crows that is) Ours are in a run that Shaun build, it's completely enclosed by chicken wire and has a plastic roof so we're ok on that - the mice quite like to help themselves though!
