Sand sketching

Taken on the beach with my iPhone while walking Pearl. I love how the water on the beach makes wonderful lines and patterns. This looked like a bough to me. I’m so far behind and so sorry but yesterday was a Friday the 13th for sure with, amongst other things to deal with, today we need to go buy Jim a new car. I’ll get back to 365 when things calm down a bit.

I love this. The other day I had a morning walk on the beach and the light was fantastic. The patterns in the sand etc were a joy to behold. Unfortunately my phone died on me (a trick it plays even when charged) and my digital was being repaired. These moments do not come as often as one thinks.

A new car? I hope you guys didn't get hurt in an accident? I also like the tree-like design of the sand wash.

@888rachel thanks for asking...no vehicle accident. It was time for Jim to update his car for lots of reasons. But the final blow was it wouldn’t start...again!...even with new battery, so he was pushing it out of the garage after getting stung 6 Times by vicious hornets wanting to jump in the cold lake, not thinking well. He left the door open and it ran into a post destroying the window and door. That was the finale. The day had other things in it like learning we have to go to court with new neighbors who are questioning our road easement and more
