Tried a new recipe tonight for supper and set my camera up while I was cooking. The recipe calls for caramelizing lemons and I thought it would be a colorful picture. Might post some of the other shots later in the week. This is a pound of chicken so 4 servings. Two went in the freezer and one for later in the week. But this is a yummy dish and will make it into my menus on a regular basis. Not sure I did it justice. Food photography is something I want to work on this winter. So want to hear any suggestions.
