Fort Gorges by joansmor

Fort Gorges

I have tried to get a picture of this Fort way too many times. Mostly I don't post them because it just looks b lah. I take it with ferries scooting by or sail boats under sale. But blah, blah blah. This one I kinda like. Doesn't mean I won't keep trying for a better shot but for now I am happy. I just wanted to show you that Casco Bay is not just about lighthouses. But I have figured out where there are two more lighthouses I can get too. These are on the Kennebec River.
It looks like it's right in the water! What a cool structure!!

Wonderful capture. I had to go look on Google to find out about Fort Gorges. I love how I learn new things all the time on Project 365.

A very interesting structure, but it looks like it would be very damp on lower levels!! A very nice capture with the boats in the foreground.
