I brought a single egg poacher. I thought I could use it right away this morning. But now I had to season first. I washed it, seasoned it and while it was cooling off Skyped with @peterday. I just got so hungry after a while I told Peter I needed breakfast. I didn't have any direction on how long it would take so I kept lifting the cover to look. I think that is why the yolk cooked some before the white was cooked. Now I know so hoping to make more. I also have a single egg fry pan. Lots more choices for breakfast.
I have the one from the saucepan set given to myparents on their wedding, so it's 62 years old!! It sticks like mad so is never used. A delicious shot!!
@Weezilou I do that some times, also several frozen breakfast items which I very buying like pancakes, French toast, burritos, and waffles. I like variety
