Yogurt drop biscuits

If you haven't figured it out, I am a lazy cook, and so I prefer drop biscuits to rolled biscuits. These were so yummy. Neither the pancakes nor these biscuits were very fattening. I put the recipes in my food track app. Pancakes 100 calories each and biscuits about 90 (I ate two of both items - on separate days) Here are the links to the recipes per requests.

I did use Almond milk in the biscuits and turned it to buttermilk by adding lemon juice and the yogurt for both was plain 2% greek yogurt. Hope you will me know if you try them.
Calorie count did not include maple syrup or apricot jam. But I was not up there too much.

As long as they taste good it doesn’t matter what they look like! They look very tasty & even better if they don’t have many calories!

Sounds like you are doing an excellent job on sticking with your new diet. I prefer the quicker drop biscuits too- when I make them that is!
