The Captain's grandparents - Steve and Mal - held a kick-off party for the cook-book (No Fret Cooking) they worked on together last night at The Barley Pub here in Dover, NH. Steve's contribution to the book was writing to full CDs of original compositions: one to cook by and one to dine by. There was food, family - Justin's aunt and her boyfriend were also in attendance - and, clearly, the fun of music.
