Diego, caught in a rare moment of pause, snacks on a treat before embarking on his next adventure in the great outdoors. All of the photos uploaded this far have been from my iPhone X and are not retouched. These are pure moments, and I may well only go the route of this purity for the duration of Diego’s 365 as he is as pure as life gets. Vital, silly, clever, stubborn... I feel like trying to muck with images for purposes of “art” would rob these images of their most valuable artistic asset: the child himself. He is why I am doing this... not so I can boast about framing or bokeh, but so I can hold him into the light and show off his external (and internal) beauty. Ha. All this out of a 14-month-old standing in front of a door! I must be crazy. No... just in love.
