The mystery of our son yelling “Beeeeee!” continues now with our cars and his apparently endless desire to pretend to drive them before we go anywhere. He sees one of our cars and yells “Beeeeee!” and then has to climb into the driver’s seat, play with the wheel and press every button that’s within reach. The kid is completely in love with automobiles to the point that I expect he’ll have his license by five and while be captaining semis by the time he is seven. As for why he shouts “Beeeeee!”... well, we have no idea. Maybe he’s saying “Beep” or maybe it’s a holdover from the emotion he felt when he first saw that bee in the Tupperware (which has now crossed over to the great bee graveyard in the sky.) Or maybe it’s simply his excited word for anything he loves, which is what his brother believes. Regardless, it continues to provide big laughs for the whole family.
