This window ledge behind the long couch in our living room is a perfect area for my oldest son to be both comfortable and get to play with his myriad action figures. As a result, the space is constantly littered with generic GI Joes, cool figures based on 80’s movie characters, Super Mario Bros toys, Matchbox cars and a long list of other esoterica like what’s captured here. Of course, this photo isn’t of my oldest, it’s a snapshot of the littlest picking up whatever was left behind by the oldest and continuing adventures with his own wild imagination. Here Diego controls a pirate skeleton that may soon be stomped by a rather giant T-Rex with glowing red eyes. Ah, to be a kid again and play without reason, logic or a care in the world.
