My sister and I arrived in Prague in bright sunshine and made the taxi driver laugh when we mentioned snow in the forecast. In the Old Town Square the Easter market was in full swing. You can see how strong the winds were - we shaved 30 minutes off a 1h 45min journey and had a pilot who was very excited because we were flying at maximum speed. I was pretty excited when we had touched down if I'm honest. Anyway - Walt Disney was very clearly influenced by Prague.
How lovely Judith....your use of the colourful leaves or streamers, I'm not sure which makes the photo feel very festive! A place I never thought to visit but I think it looks very inviting!
Wonderful Easter capture, I bet the market was lovely, Hubby and I are visiting Prague in Summer. We start at Berlin 3 days ...Leipzig.4 days ....Dresden 3 days... Prague 4days then back to Berlin.
Since we can't feel the biting wind it does indeed look inviting. Going to an Easter festival in Holoko tomorrow but I must say these traditional Easter fertility rituals sound a bit weird. "No woman goes home dry" ok...
