Macrocarpa tree by julzmaioro

Macrocarpa tree

This tree is on my son's farm and have alway's thought it would make a good image today was they day all be it a bit of a yukky day so have added a bit of extra to it.. just love the shape, and to me it looks as it it should be in Africa rather than on a New Zealand dairy farm...
Lovely tree

Lovely shot and I love the processing. You're right about the grey day - this morning at around 9:30, it was so dark, that I thought there must've been a solar eclipse happening!

I love macrocarpas - they are as iconic as cabbage trees to the NZ landscape. This is a lovely shot and the processing with the scribbled background is amazing. Fav.

You have framed the tree beautifully & it is a very graceful shape...the overlay works very well.
